Job Description :
  • Ensure all food preparation and cooking procedures are followed according to established recipes.
  • Prepare and present high quality food
  • Maintains set standards of hygiene in the kitchen
  • Prepare all mise-en-place for all relevant menus
  • Ensure food stuffs are of a good quality and stored correctly
  • Monitoring food portion and wastage to ensure profitability
  • Assists Head Chef in the training of all staff in compliance of company procedures
Candidate Requirements :
  • At least 2 years work experience in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Willing to learn and assist with R&D of new recipes
  • Responsible and punctual


Additional Information : 
  • 5-day working week with 2 off days.
  • It is pork-free, do serve alcohol on the premises.
