Responsibilities :
- Responsible for orders processing, purchases and logistic functions.
- To set up customer accounts, customer applications and follow up customer request to fulfil customer requirement.
- Follow-up deliveries for local and oversea customers.
- Work closely with Sales, Production and Planning team on demand planning and tackle any issue immediately to ensure on time delivery to customers .
- Preparation of monthly sales report and inventory report.
- Conduct annual customer survey, analysis of results to meet customer satisfaction.
- To arrange inbound and outbound shipments by coordinating with internal and customers.
- Coordinate shipment with freight forwarders, perform air or sea cargo booking.
- Prepare invoice and shipping documents, apply necessary permits and certificates from relevant authorities.
- To maintain proper records of invoicing, purchase order, quotation and customer information.
- Conduct annual customer survey, analysis of results to meet customer satisfaction.
- To execute purchase orders and follow up deliveries of trading finished goods.
- Manage aged trading finished goods and replenishment stock.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Economics.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service and Logistics or equivalent.
- Outstanding communications, negotiation and multi-tasking skills.
