Salary (MYR): 2,500 – 3,500

Job Description:

  • As an experienced customer support, you will need to handle all customer requests or complaints patiently and professionally.
  • You will need to provide customer with the right information on our service.

Key Skills and Experiences:

  • Experienced in help desk, service desk or contact center.
  • Manage customer emails or feedback.
  • Good command in English, Malay and Mandarin communication skills. (spoken & written)
  • Must possess detail, organized and multitasking skills.
  • Tech savvy, knowledge in wide range of online communication platforms. (i.e. Skype, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
  • Assist in other relevant ad-hoc when necessary.
  • Problem Solving and analytic skill.
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM or Certificate in any field.
