Salary (MYR): 2,500 – 3,500
- As an experienced customer support, you will need to handle all customer requests or complaints patiently and professionally.
- You will need to provide customer with the right information on our service.
Key Skills and Experiences:
- Experienced in help desk, service desk or contact center.
- Manage customer emails or feedback.
- Good command in English, Malay and Mandarin communication skills. (spoken & written)
- Must possess detail, organized and multitasking skills.
- Tech savvy, knowledge in wide range of online communication platforms. (i.e. Skype, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
- Assist in other relevant ad-hoc when necessary.
- Problem Solving and analytic skill.
- Candidates must possess at least SPM or Certificate in any field.
