Sales Manager

Job Type: Full time, permanent

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Work Remotely)

Experiences: 4 years+

Salary (MYR): 4,000 – 10,000 (subject to candidates’ qualification and experience)

Job Description:

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales network (agents and distributors)
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Operative recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representative
  • Expand company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Key Skills and Experiences:

  • Candidate who possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • Candidate who have experience as a sales representative or sales manager consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Candidate who experienced in sales of technical/engineering polymers. 
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills. Candidate be able to remotely supervise a team of salespersons and set profitable goals.
  • Must be excellent in communication skills with a strategic mindset, ability to present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. 
  • Candidate who committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close (use of CRM etc)
  • Possess strong business sense and industry expertise
  •  Willing to travel along Malaysia and ASEAN countries
  • Strong knowledge in ASEAN countries thermoplastic market
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English. Excellent command of any other language will be an advantage.
